The democracy is the political system in which the people shall govern
The people is composed by his citizens , but citizenship is not necessarily given to everyone …
The inventors of the democracy, the Greeks , granted the right to vote only to citizens that is to say to the elites of the city
And what about the democratic Venice , which only granted the right to vote to the 100 families …
As for our modern republics , the right to vote was granted without restrictions to women only until 1906 in Finland
Then the other countries followed until 2012
Since this date , women have had the right to vote like men all over the world , except in the Vatican …
Abraham Lincoln , President of the United States , defines the democracy with these words :
The government of the people , by the people , for the people

But the reality is that democracy is an utopia :
To govern , you have to be elected
To be elected , it is necessary to make an electoral campaign
Whoever has the best election campaign , or the most strongest one , wins
To have the best election campaign , or the most strongest , you need money
The politician who campaigns generally has not the necessary money amount
So , if he is willing to sell his soul , he quickly finds a generous donor
This generous donor , a man or a group , gives the directions to his straw man
He is the owner of the company and the owner of the ship
It does not matter if the commander passes through Johannesburg or Buenos Aires , all that matters is that it goes from Le Havre to Tokyo , and in the time allotted …
If he is not happy with the commander , he changes
And to stay in the hands of the shipowner and continue to command the ship , it is uncredible what this commander is ready to do …
Do you want an example :
Not very long ago , into a democratic banana republic of Africa , the president of the republic no longer wanted to obey to the orders of a large oil company , to defend the interests of his country
At the next presidential election , the big oil company financed the election campaign of his competitor
And then it is the new ” submissive ” president who was elected ” democratically “
Oligarchy
In an oligarchy , the power is held by a small group of people who form a ruling class
If the oligarchy is made out from the best families , it’s the aristocracy
If the oligarchy is made out from the richest , it’s the plutocracy
If the oligarchy is made out from the scientists or the technicians it is the technocracy
If the oligarchy is made out from the older ones , it’s the gerontocracy
And so on …
Oligarchies are institutional or de facto
Institutional oligarchies reserve power only to a minority of citizens
In de facto oligarchies , power is constitutionally and democratically open to all citizens , but in the reality it is confiscated by a man or a group
The plutocracy
In the plutocracy , it is the richest who have the power
That’s exactly what the term of democracy hides
The richest , men or groups , decide
These plutocrats , from 100 to 200 people , finally a few hundred at most , possess ALL the wealth of the Earth
And they want more …
For this , they combine alliances which lasts only the time of one morning , and fight each other
And they do not care about collateral damages …

But if plate tectonics takes place on a time scale of 800 000 years , the waltz of the continents takes place on a scale of less than 100 000 years
This causes the appearance and disappearance of continents such as Antarctica , Greenland , Hyperborea , MU , Punt and Atlantis , and whose history you will discover
Finally the time brings us back to the history of the Universe , or rather the Universes , which begin and end in black holes
